What is the Fund? 
We have launched a new internship fund to provide paid work experience of 4 weeks within UK-based small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). The aim of this fund is to support organisations whilst providing opportunities for internships where you can make a difference.
These internships allow students and graduates to secure remote work experience to develop professional skills and earn money, even during lockdown.

Here are a few examples of the roles that we advertised through the Fund:
Research Intern – True to Nature
True to Nature are an independent television production company who produce world class natural history content. We are looking for someone to come and join our team as a Research Intern. The project you’ll be working on is a new wildlife series. As Research Intern you’ll be working with our editorial team to research the behaviour of some of the animals that we will be featuring in the series.
Account Manager – Strange Thoughts
Strange Thoughts deliver amazing, tech-led, creative for bold brands. We have a unique model of crowd-sourcing expertise from the cutting edge of technology and creativity through a network which allows very different minds to co-create; a process we like to call Radical Collaboration. We act as translators of talent enabling us to pair the perfect Strange Thinkers with every client’s needs.
With this internship, we hope to provide the successful applicant with the tools that will help them begin their career in the creative marketing industry.
Robotics Engineer – CircleR
Our name stands for Circular Economy and Reusable packaging. We offer a new and improved way to order groceries online from local shops, using your own containers and tupperware you have lying around at home. It borrows from the sharing economy but establishes a real circular economy, aiming to compete with the big online supermarkets.
We’re building a custom web solution that includes the customer-facing website, smart delivery routing, a complex stock-keeping platform and a new kind of automated warehouse and fulfilment centre. Your main responsibility will be to proactively join the team in their efforts to deliver our custom fulfilment system.
